Meet Laura

Laura Diehl …

I moved to Iceland seven years ago, and what started as a simple visit quickly turned into something much deeper. I fell in love with the Iceland — it is raw and has a kind of untamed beauty and, of course, the incredible Icelandic horses that have captured my heart. Over the years, I’ve grown to feel a deep connection with this land and its kind people, and I realized that Iceland is where I truly belong. Now, after seven amazing years, I’ve decided to stay and make this breathtaking place my permanent home.

“Looking at the river flowing combined with a breathtaking mountain view, this place is like the great escape from our bustling city life.

Every morning, we woke up to the sound of nature, feeling more connected to nature than ever. This place is awesome for a peaceful and scenic getaway.”
